Summer sure is flying by!  It seems like after July 4th - your thoughts turn to fall and the holiday season (at least we do in retail!).

Holiday merchandise is arriving, and we are preparing to shake things up at Miss Bailey's and get our fall look going by the first of August!  

We are also excited about preparing for our 5th Anniversary celebration, which will be during the month of November.  A big thanks for all of our loyal customers who choose to shop at Miss Bailey's.  There is not a morning that our OPEN sign is turned on that I do not think how blessed I am to have a business in such a great community!

I had the privilege of chairing our local American Cancer Society Relay For Life Event in June.  It was an amazing night of Celebrating, Remembering & Fighting Back. We raised over $120,000 in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon communities. There were many businesses that supported our Paint the Town Purple campaign by displaying purple window clings in their businesses.  A heartfelt thanks if you contributed to this event in any way!

Paisley (my grandpup) turned one year old in July.  She is becoming quite the store dog.  She greets, plays with the kids and barks at just about anything that passes the store.  She is a cute little Scottie dog and has won my heart over!  She is a close second to Miss Bailey!

Green Market will continue to be held at Miner Square every Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  The fresh produce, meats, dairy and plants are affordable and hearty (I couldn't believe the size of the blackberries!).
